Managing my thyroid levels

I have a hypothyroid disorder, and it affects my life in lot of different ways. I take synthetic thyroid hormones to try to control my thyroid hormone levels. When my levels are not under control, I tend to get tired and sluggish, and it can affect my mood. I see the doctor regularly to make sure that my thyroid hormone levels are all right and get my medication dosage tweaked to keep me feeling great.
